Cookies are small files that the website stores in your browser to remember preferences · measure usage · improve your experience. This policy applies to zymplo.com and its subdomains. The main Zymplo platform (WhatsApp bot) does NOT use cookies — only the website.

3. How you control cookies

Cookie banner: on your first visit you can reject all except the necessary ones.
Browser settings: Chrome / Firefox / Safari let you block third-party cookies from their settings.
Reset preferences: email us at privacy@zymplo.com and we will clear whatever we have.

4. Other technologies

localStorage: we use it to store your theme preference (dark/light) · it stays in your browser only · never reaches the server.
Pixel tags: Meta Pixel when you arrived via an ad (rejectable along with _fbp).
Web beacons: we do NOT use them.

If we update this policy · we will publish the new date above and · if the changes are substantial · we will notify you in the site banner.
