By using Zymplo (WhatsApp bot · mobile app · web · any future interface) you accept these terms. If you do not agree · do not use the service.

2. Who we are

3. What we do

Zymplo is an AI-powered operational assistant on WhatsApp. It helps you with payment collection · NFS-e invoices · reminders · scheduling · client management · and other operational tasks you choose.

4. Your account

Your account is created automatically the first time you message the Zymplo number.
You are responsible for keeping secure the device you use WhatsApp on.
You may not transfer your account to third parties.
Minimum age: 18.

5. Plans and pricing

Plan 0 FREE · 100 messages/month · forever free.
Plan 1 STARTER · R$19/month (BR) · USD/MXN/ARS/etc in local currency.
Plan 2 PRO · R$39/month · more features.
Plan 3 GOLD · R$79/month · priority.

Prices may vary by country. Monthly billing · you can cancel at any time. Refunds follow local laws (Brazil: 7-day consumer withdrawal right · Paraguay: similar · etc).

6. What we do NOT do

We are NOT legal · accounting · medical · psychological · or investment advisors. Our answers are guidance only.
We do NOT guarantee decisions made based on information we provide.
We do NOT process payments directly · we use Stripe · Mercado Pago · etc · which have their own terms.

7. Your responsibility

Information you enter (clients · expenses · invoices) must be truthful.
Comply with the tax and labor regulations of your country.
Do not use Zymplo for illegal activities · fraud · spam · harassment.
Do not abuse the service (reverse engineering · mass scraping · etc).

8. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect abuse · illegal use · violation of these terms · or non-payment. We notify you via WhatsApp except in critical cases (court order · security).

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" · without warranties. Zymplo is not liable for indirect damages · lost profits · data loss resulting from force majeure or outages of external providers (Meta · AWS · etc).

Maximum liability limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Intellectual property

Brand · logo · code · design are the property of Zymplo Inc. The data you generate is yours · you can take it with you (JSON export).

11. Changes to these terms

We notify you via WhatsApp 30 days in advance of any material changes. If you do not agree · you can cancel.

12. Governing law

For users outside Brazil: Delaware (USA) except where local consumer protection legislation applies mandatorily (CDC Brazil · Paraguay Law 1334/98 · etc).

For users in Brazil: Brazilian law (CDC Lei 8.078/90 · LGPD Lei 13.709/18 · Marco Civil da Internet) applied by Zymplo Brasil LTDA · CNPJ 66.667.634/0001-00 · headquartered in Fortaleza CE.
